𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴?
Pair designing is when two designers work side-by-side to solve a design problem together. Think of it as co-piloting in the creative process! One designer may lead with sketches and wireframes while the other brainstorms feedback, suggests ideas, or even dives into refining the details. It’s all about bouncing ideas in real-time to reach the best solution faster.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝘁:
1. 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: When we work together, I get to know my teammates on a personal level, discovering their unique perspectives and what drives their design style.
2. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: Tackling deep, complex design challenges becomes way more engaging when we brainstorm and nerd out together! Different viewpoints often spark unexpected solutions.
3. 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱: When I’m low on capacity, pair designing lets us move faster without sacrificing quality. Two minds, one mission—bringing the best out of each other.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸:
• 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀: We align on the main objectives and key outcomes first.
• 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: One of us might focus on the big picture, while the other refines details—or we switch it up!
• 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗽: We’re in a continuous loop of giving feedback, iterating, and moving forward together.
